Steel Structure Mezzanine
Mezzanine is made of steel ,can be designed to two levels or three levels. The height can be up to 5 meters to 9 meters.
There are middle duty and heavy duty mezzanine floors.
The main parts are upright, beams,steel / wood panels,steel flooring ,structure stairs etc
1. Steel mezzanine provides a multiply-level system which significantly increase your storage capacity by expanding upwards rather than outwards. It utilizes most bulk and space saver sizes and configurations in a variety of combinations to take full advantage of valuable warehouse space.
2. By using the fork man, the goods can be transported to the second and third floor of the steel mezzanine. And then can be sent to the fixed area by using the pallet jack or flat truck.
3. Mezzanine rack usually uses the rack upright frame as the supporter. The steel shelf panel has a big load capacity with the advantage of low cost and easy installment.
4. Mezzanine racking is suitable for the fields of warehouse in a big height, little goods, unloading it manually and big storage quantity. It can be used in the fields of car industries, electric mechanic and so on.
